Take action: This can seem trivial that we miss the real value in it. Creating a plan is one thing but to execute is another, doing what you don't feel to do at times but fighting through those feelings and just doing it is a major part of "taking action"
There are a lot of times when taking action can feel too costly, but look at it this way. When you have a job, you get up to go work at early hours in the morning and it maybe a job you really hate badly, but you do it anyways, right?
Apply this same principle to your business and it WILL flourish if the parts are in the right spot. This is also a much better time to apply this because the payoff can be way, way bigger if your business is a success. Believe in it enough to take action and make the plan work in your favor, take action!
Taking action may not just be in one area but it can be in an area where it may seem like it doesn't exactly affect your business. For example, if you have a carpet cleaning business then reading a book on time management and social skills may not seem like it relates directly to your business right?
