The Biggest Mistake a MLM Recruiter Can Make and How to Avoid It

MLM recruiting is one of the biggest problems that is plaguing network marketers. The whole process is one big pain in the behind, especially when you are first starting in an MLM business. I have good news for you though once you understand the physiology behind it MLM recruiting is not that hard. I am going to tell you about the biggest mistake that I see people make when they are trying to recruit for their MLM business that way you can avoid it and the entire heart ache that goes along with it.
The biggest mistake anyone can make when they are trying to do MLM recruiting: BEING NEEDY!!!!
Most new MLM reps are scared to death of going out and trying to generate new leads so they bug the ones they DO have to death.
News flash: That gets you NO where fast!
The only thing hounding your prospect to join your MLM business will do is make you appear needy. Which in turns gives them the impression that you are a person of low worth; if your prospects do not have confidence in you they will have no confidence in your MLM business.
But if your prospects view you as a person of high value, they will gravitate towards you and your MLM business. This is how you go from being the hunter to the hunted and having your phone and email blow up with prospects wanting to join you and your MLM business.
So how do you demonstrate that you are a person of high value? It is simple you show them that you have the knowledge they are seeking to become successful in an MLM business. You need to show your prospects that you know how to generate MLM leads, how to turn those leads into new distributors and much much more.
If for example, you know how to generate free MLM leads and can teach the method to others not only does that show your prospects that you are a person of high worth to them but it will keep you from coming across to them as needy!
Think about this, if you have 100 or 150 leads coming in to you every single day would you really care if prospect #4, #6 and #25 all said no to you? Of course not because you have 147 other leads to talk to. Simply put if you have a large number of leads coming in you don't care about the ones that say "no" and that keeps you from appearing needy to the others.
You will move from trying to get people into your down line to simply deciding who to spend your time on. Because with that many leads coming in every day there is not enough time in the day to work with each and every one of them.
That is going to leave you in the position of telling the people that are "just looking" at your MLM business that you don't know that they would be a good fit for you and you move on. You are now in CONTROL instead of being controlled.
